The language prompts - a very tangible take away feature and resource - are always my favorite aspect of Lighthorse’s books, and worth the price of admission just for these 5 pages!While, as the author points out, shadow work is ultimately a solo enterprise - no one can do it for you - this book can serve as a trusted map for dark, as-yet untraveled roads. Pixie Lighthorse as well as the allies she evokes, including the panther depicted on the cover, are our guides to helping us suss out what we've been avoiding.
